Refund policy

 

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Indo Spice. We strive hard to give you the best quality possible in the goods we deliver.
In case, you are not happy with our products they can be returned within 1 days of delivery for Food and 2 days for non-food products.
The return period counts from the day of your receipt or receipt by someone else on your behalf.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Any open or damaged items
Perishable Items like Fresh Vegetables, Frozen items, etc.
Personal care items like Soap, powders, etc.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at indospiceonline@gmail.com

Refunds:

We expect our customers to send us carefully packed return items.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll automatically be refunded on your original payment method as below rules:

  1. Order Cancellation Before Delivery:

    • If you cancel your order before the delivery process begins, you will be charged a Paymate gate fee of 2 euros.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  2. Order Cancellation After Delivery Starts:

    • If you cancel your order after the delivery process has started, there will be an additional delivery fee of 2 euros.
    • The Paymate gate fee of 2 euros will still be applicable.
    • The remaining amount after deducting the Paymate gate fee and the additional delivery fee will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business working days after confirming the eligibility for a refund.
